Brioche french toast with caramelized bananas and a touch of vanilla.

All the greens, roasted butternut squash, chopped apples, aged cheddar, and caramelized pecans.

Fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, crumbled blue cheese, diced red onion, caramelized pecans, farro, and our homemade strawberry balsamic dressing.

Pasta salad

Rotini pasta, italian dressing, red onion, monterey jack cheese, and slivered pepperoni.

Caprese Salad

Fresh tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

kale + FARRO salad

Chopped kale, farro, shaved brussels, blueberry chevre', toasted pumpkin seeds, and caramelized pecans, in a poppy seed dressing. 

Mexican street corn salad

Grilled corn, crema, cojita cheese, lime, scallions and our secret seasonings.

With blue cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and caramelized pecans and raspberry balsamic. 

Beet salad

Arugula, beets, feta, dried cranberries, pepitas, and caramelized pecans tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette.
