For more than 15 years, Catering by Erin McMahon has curated creative culinary experiences that exceed expectations for one-of-a-kind, memorable events ranging from 35 to 300 guests.
To book us for your next event, it all starts with securing your date.
To lock it in, we require a $200 deposit, paid two weeks prior to your event. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final bill.

For events that are outside of our normal area, we charge a mileage fee of $2.00 per mile, round trip. For events over 20 miles outside of our normal area, we also charge a personnel fee of $20.00 per hour for each staff member for the time spent traveling to the event location.

Travel & Mileage



All menus are designed with a “per person” price and do not include servers. Servers are required for all parties at an additional $200.00 per server for most events.   All events have a $1,200 food minimum.



We require notification of the exact number of guests five days prior to your event. This will serve as your guarantee for which you will be billed, even if fewer guests attend.

Plastic and China

Complete plastic service is available for an additional cost of $3.00 per person. Real china and silverware are available to rent through our affiliated vendors.
