Tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, chiffondade of fresh basil, and balsamic glaze.

Field greens salad

Tomatoes, cucumbers, bermuda onions, danish blue cheese, and candied nuts.

Served with raspberry vinaigrette.

deconstructed wedge salad

Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized bacon, blue cheese, and bermuda onion.

Served with homemade blue cheese dressing.

chopped kale salad

Chopped kale, shaved brussels sprouts, farro, blueberry chevre’, dried cranberries,

toasted pumpkin seeds and caramelized pecans.

Asian noodle salad

Field greens, chilled peanut noodles, shaved carrot, chopped red onion and tomato. Served with a sesame ginger dressing on the side.

Arugula, beets, feta, dried cranberries, pepitas, and caramelized pecans tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette.

Lightly breaded chicken cutlets and capers finished in a white wine butter sauce.

Lightly breaded chicken cutlets sautéed with shallots, and baby bella mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce.
